Technologywhat does the prefabrication of our homes look like?
Solid, durable and safe - that's what a real home should be. During the prefabrication of BOX HAUS zero-energy houses, we make sure that each of these conditions is met in the best possible way. We have perfected the process of preparing the individual elements of the structure to make sure that they will be a safe and comfortable place to live for BOX HAUS clients and their families. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the details of the technologies used in the implementation of our projects.
Prefabrication is the preparation of house elements in the production hall. All BOX HAUS house elements are made in the factory, where innovative German-Swedish machinery is at work on an area of 2000 m2. Thanks to modern production techniques and the use of simple, repeatable architecture, unified parts and practical solutions, we provide our customers with the highest quality at the best price available on the market. Once they are manufactured, they are transported to their destination.
In just a few days, the fabricated elements are assembled on the foundation plate. The basic building material is KVH structural timber - a solid, ecological and functional solution. It allows a creation of a favorable, health-promoting climate indoors. For the construction of BOX HAUS houses we use only the highest quality certified materials from reputable brands, such as: Knauf, Dorken, SIGA, Veka, STO, Braas. The technology of prefabrication of frame houses allows us to reduce the time of construction of a house to a developer's state to 3-4 months.
